Story
The International Financial Risk Institute was founded in March 1984 to promote education amongst risk professionals, conduct research and enhance understanding of risk management practices beyond the risk professional circle. The Foundation Board as the governing and administrative body has since regularly met to discuss current risk topics, professional trends and themes on a global scale and how IFRI can best support its members when fulfilling its mission. Annual Roundtable allow Foundation Board members with the Advisory Board to reflect, discuss and debate. Regular research work helps members of IFRI to perform deep dives on current and emerging risk topics relevant to its members.
